Craig’s diverse background encompasses more than 25 years of marketing, product management, business transformation and corporate development experience. At Qmerit, he is responsible for expanding market penetration and evolving its proprietary digital service platform.
Before joining Qmerit in 2021, Craig spent 13 years at Hitachi. Most recently, he was Hitachi Solutions’ Senior Vice President, Software Products, responsible for the company’s portfolio of industry-focused business solutions built on Microsoft cloud services. Craig also served in multiple executive leadership positions focused on go-to-market strategy and business operations during his tenure at Hitachi.
Previously, Craig served as Director, Corporate Marketing at The Linc Group (TLG), a predecessor company of Qmerit. There he oversaw corporate marketing strategy, planning and execution. He was also responsible for new market development, leading the launch of GreenHomes America, a national home performance contracting franchise for residential services. Prior to TLG, Craig served as Director, Product Marketing at FieldCentrix Inc.—another Qmerit predecessor—where he built the Managed Services and Software as a Service business model for the company’s mobile field service solution.
Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology/Marketing from California Polytechnic State University. He also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
