Oliver Phillips
Chief Financial Officer
Oliver’s deep financial experience as an international director in the private equity space makes him uniquely qualified to be Qmerit’s Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include helping to build out the Finance and Accounting team as Qmerit grows to support clients with innovative solutions that enhance the experience of home and building owners, OEMs and fleet managers. Additionally, Oliver’s strong merger and acquisition experience complements Qmerit’s Corporate Development team.
Prior to joining Qmerit, Oliver spent 10 years in various strategic roles at Lime Rock New Energy, where he was responsible for investment sourcing, diligence and oversight for companies in the oilfield and industrial services sector as well as technology. At Lime Rock, he participated in numerous platform investments and follow-on acquisitions, as well as debt and equity financings. Previously, he worked as an investment banker at Lazard and Lehman Brothers.
Oliver received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
